ADNSW has a new information sharing and complaint referral agreement in place with the NSW Ombudsman. This agreement helps ensure that there is no 'wrong door' for clients, and that complaints are investigated or otherwise resolved in the most effective manner.
The NSW Ombudsman is an independent integrity agency that holds NSW government agencies and certain non-government organisations accountable to the people of NSW.
