Organisational structure

Anti-Discrimination NSW is based in Parramatta, Sydney.

Our part-time President is the senior member of the Board who provides the strategic direction of ADNSW. Day-to-day management is provided by our Executive Manager.

The organisation has four teams:

Enquiries and Conciliation 

Manages discrimination complaints and the enquiry service.

Community Engagement 

Develops and delivers community engagement strategies, outreach services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, community information sessions and external communications.

Governance and Advice 

Manages exemption applications, conducts targeted research projects, reviews legislation and provides advice about discrimination matters. 

Business support

Provides corporate business services including finance, HR, project and general administration.
