NSW Caretaker Convention in effect on this site from Friday 3 March 2023.
An exemption is an approval that is granted under section 126 of the Act, to help improve access to specific jobs, programs or services for certain groups of people.
Exemptions generally relate to employment and recruitment; however, you can apply for an exemption in relation to any area covered by the Act.
